I will introduce two portrait illustration stores that I have actually used, which specialize in drawing portraits on the spot!

“Caricature Asakusa Main Store” is located along “Denboin-dori Street”, a 5-minute walk from “Sensoji Temple”.
もなかNearby, the “Asakusa Public Hall” offers diaper changes, and the “Asakusa Menchi(mince cutlet store)” is also available for those who are hungry.
The store was recently renovated in 2021, so we recommend it because it has a cleaner and more open interior than the “Caricature Kaminarimon Store”, which is described below!
What is caricature…
A caricature is a rendered image showing the features of its subject in a simplified or exaggerated way through sketching, pencil strokes, or other artistic drawings.

The name of the store is “Bakusho Portrait Painting” and the store is lined with intensely deformed drawings, so some people may be concerned that they will be drawn in a strange way. Some people may be concerned that they may be drawn in a strange way.

“Caricature Kaminarimon Store” is located on the “Nakamise shopping street backstreet”, about a one-minute walk from “Kaminarimon Gate”.

This restaurant has a more relaxed atmosphere than the first restaurant we introduced, “Caricature Asakusa Main Store“.
We recommend this store when you want to have your portrait drawn while enjoying the Asakusa atmosphere.

もなかThe facial features are captured too well, so I have put a mosaic on the face in case you are interested.
When I had this painting done, I went with my wife and the child was shown the photo and had it done on the spot.
I asked for an additional option to draw the “Asakusa Shrine”, “View Hotel”, and the “Omikoshi”.
A great painting is a good memory, so I recommend it!
